Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items per tested recipes and guidelines.

• Keep dining areas and kitchen clean and sanitized.
• Assist with other dietary tasks and paperwork as assigned.
• In the Dietary Director's absence, supervise staff and arrange replacements when needed.
