Job summary

Sunnyside Communities in Harrisonburg, VA seeks a Hospitality Concierge to provide exceptional food service, hospitality, and personalized resident support, acting as a key liaison between residents and Dining Services.

You will build relationships with residents, identify dining needs, and collaborate with Assisted Living, Health Care, and other departments to ensure residents feel heard, valued, and satisfied while delivering meals and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to build relationships with residents and respond to needs.
• Strong listening and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive relationships with residents and provide personalized hospitality.
• Take resident orders, deliver meals, refill beverages, clear tables, and provide attentive dining service.
• Follow dietary needs and special instructions.
• Maintain clean, safe dining and kitchen areas; stock and organize spaces.
• Coordinate with Dining Services and other departments to meet resident dining needs.
