Eskaton in Northern California is seeking a Wait Person (On-Call) to support dining services Friday through Sunday. Join a nonprofit aging leader dedicated to residents and community impact.

You will set wait stations, stock and clean, take resident meal orders with attention to dietary needs, assist with plating and service, and help during events, while upholding safety and quality customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED preferred.
• California Food Handler certification preferred.
• Experience in restaurant or food service preferred.

Responsabilités

• Sets wait station(s) and keeps station well stocked and cleaned.
• Busses and resets tables as needed.
• Takes resident meal orders in accordance with prescribed diets, preferences, dislikes and food allergies in an accurate and courteous manner and provides prompt service.
• Assists with preparing plates and serving residents.
• Performs the assigned opening and closing duties promptly and efficiently.
• Keeps Cooks and Supervisor/Manager on Duty informed of questions, reactions, comments or problems that may arise.
• Assists at special events as requested.
