Job summary

The Pennant Group is seeking a dining services associate to ensure efficient, friendly service to residents, staff and guests in its living communities across the United States. You will help meet dining expectations, keep cookware and dishware properly stored, and maintain clean, sanitary food prep and dining areas to uphold high food quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess Serv-Safe certification, or willing to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to learn new cooking techniques.
• Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, timely and friendly dining service to residents, staff and guests.
• Assist with meeting or exceeding residents’ dining expectations.
• Ensure proper cleaning, storage and availability of dining cookware and dishware.
• Keep food prep areas and dining and dish rooms clean and sanitary.
• Maintain sanitation and safety procedures and high quality of food preparation and presentation.
