Products That Count is seeking a new Resident CPO to join our already high-caliber and strong team of Resident CPOs and coaches who play a critical role in guiding, mentoring, and enabling product leaders through tailored leadership and problem-solving roundtables.

Who this role is for:

You’ve already built world-class products and led high-performing teams. Now you’re ready for the next chapter: helping product leaders build high-performing teams and ship products that truly count. The ideal candidate is a former CPO from either Fortune 1000s or rapidly growing large companies with extensive experience leading large-scale product organizations who possesses the skills and proven expertise to design, facilitate, and execute group coaching programs at the leadership level.

Key responsibilities:

• Design & lead Leadership Roundtables: Craft cohort-based, problem-solving sessions that align exec teams and accelerate decision-making.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor to CPOs: Provide one-on-one strategic counsel, sounding-board support, and battle-tested frameworks that help peers navigate change, scale, and transformation.
• Shape industry thought leadership: Host high-profile podcast interviews, spearhead proprietary research, and facilitate provocative CPO-only discussions that advance the craft.
• Expand the CPO community: Engage our Advisory Council and invite rising product executives into the fold, growing a powerhouse network of product minds.

Qualifications:

• You’ve worn the Chief Product Officer hat (Fortune 1000 or hyper-growth scale-up) and thrived in complex, high-stakes environments.
• You hold (or are pursuing) an ICF-level coaching certification and have hands-on experience running executive workshops or roundtables.
• You think in systems, see around corners, and translate ambiguity into clear strategic moves.
• Empathy, psychological safety, and sharp communication are second nature to you.
