AMH in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a dedicated Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of single-family homes and ensure an outstanding resident experience. You will resolve service issues, optimize renewals, manage move-ins/outs, and coordinate with maintenance teams to keep properties in top condition.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in property operations, a real estate license, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of directly related experience in Property Operations, Real Estate, or Property Management.
• Real Estate License and any permits/certifications required by state’s real estate commission to engage in property management.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong tenant relationship management and negotiation skills.
