CAF Management - Ava in Dallas, TX is seeking a Leasing Professional to welcome prospective residents, give tours, and help them find the right home with professionalism and care.

You’ll handle calls and emails, guide applicants through the leasing process, maintain Entrata records, support marketing and events, and collaborate with maintenance to ensure resident satisfaction. This full-time onsite role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities.

As a Leasing Professional, you’ll be the face of the community, helping prospective residents find the right home and supporting current residents with professionalism and care. What You’ll Do

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Required:

• This role requires regular movement throughout the property and occasional lifting. Team members must be able to communicate effectively and safely perform the following tasks:

• Bend/stoop/squat/kneel (e.g., filing in low cabinets, picking up debris)
• Climb stairs (e.g., accessing upper-floor apartments)
• Push or pull, stand, and walk (e.g., opening doors, arranging furniture)
• Reach above shoulders (e.g., opening doors, storing supplies, inspecting property)
• Grasp/grip/turn and use finger dexterity (e.g., typing, unlocking doors, handling packages)

Lifting/Carrying:

• Over 50 lbs: Rare need (less than 1%)
• 10–25 lbs: Occasional need (1% to 33%)
• Under 10 lbs: Frequent need (33% to 100%)
