Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

• Polite and courteous to all residents, visitors, co-workers and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of common areas and resident bathrooms.
• Clean offices and dust/maintain blinds and furniture.
• Operate laundry equipment when needed and report supplies shortages.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality at all times.
