Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Trade school or relevant certifications preferred.
• Must provide personal hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift and perform physical maintenance duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and other building components.
• Complete assigned work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Assist with apartment turnovers for new residents.
• Conduct routine, preventative, and scheduled maintenance.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and building amenities.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor services as needed.
• Perform safety inspections and report concerns promptly.
• Assist with maintaining repair and maintenance budgets.
• Respond to emergencies promptly.
• Support nearby Oakbrook communities when needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation schedule.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
