The Landon at Lake Highlands is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to oversee dining room operations and supervise server staff. The role requires delivering exceptional resident and guest service, maintaining a clean dining environment, and coordinating schedules for dining room staff.

Primary duties include assisting with set-ups, serving as needed, and ensuring infection control and safety procedures are followed in the dining area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must pass drug testing and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dining room servers and manage dining room operations.
• Ensure a clean, pleasant atmosphere and provide superior service to residents, staff, and guests.
• Create and manage server schedules and ensure side-work is completed daily.
• Assist in set-ups and dining room service; take orders and serve food when needed.
