Magnolia Ridge Center, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver resident-centered care. The RN will perform assessments, develop care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor clinical status for short-term rehab and long-term care residents.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support discharge planning, and ensure regulatory and infection-control compliance within Genesis HealthCare network, with growth and training

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to develop and update patient care plans.
• Effective communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities
