Job summary

Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute facility. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities include monitoring resident conditions, documenting accurately in the EMR, supervising CNAs, and educating residents and families.
