Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute facility. The RN will perform assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
