Legendary Health Care Center in Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate care team. The ideal candidate will provide patient-centered nursing care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and uphold high standards of clinical practice.

The role involves assessing residents, administering medications, documenting care, and supporting families with education and reassurance. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and an active RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent nursing education.
• Current, unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ health conditions and develop individualized care plans to address their medical and personal needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and promptly report any changes in condition to the appropriate staff member or physician.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families, providing education, support, and reassurance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Document patient progress, care interventions, and outcomes accurately using electronic medical records.
• Stay current with nursing best practices, clinical research, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills.
• Support a positive, family-like atmosphere through teamwork, compassion, and open communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure optimal resident care and facility operations.
