Job summary

Linden Court in North Platte, NE seeks a dedicated, full-time Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team and help residents achieve greater mobility and quality of life.

You will evaluate residents, develop individualized therapy plans, and provide skilled PT services to promote strength, balance, and independence while collaborating with nursing and interdisciplinary teams. Documentation and resident-centered care are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Nebraska
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized therapy plans based on their goals and needs
• Provide skilled physical therapy services that promote strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
• Educate residents and family members on treatment plans, exercises, and progress toward goals
• Document interventions and resident outcomes in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
• Contribute to a positive, encouraging atmosphere that supports resident success and well-being
