Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, NJ, is seeking a resident-centered Physical Therapist for a per diem role. You will deliver PT services on a campus that includes inpatient and outpatient care, supporting residents’ physical and overall well-being within a continuum of care.

qualification requirements include a current PT license and the ability to document for reimbursement and regulatory purposes; prior geriatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license. Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.
• The ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy for residents with a focus on holistic care.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans tailored to their strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address residents’ needs and promote well-being.
