You’ll support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs within their continuum of care and implement personalized care plans that honor residents’ routines and preferences.

Our site offers an interdisciplinary clinical team, on-campus medical centers, and a culture of diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Degree and training must meet Medicare and state requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services within the campus care continuum.
• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on strengths and preferences.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address resident needs.
