Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a resident-centered Physical Therapist to join our Novi, Michigan campus. This Full Time role requires outpatient experience and a valid PT license, with no travel involved for residents living on-site.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to implement personalized care plans, supporting residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs within our continuum of care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Outpatient experience is required.
• Documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered physical therapy services on-site at Fox Run Village.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans focusing on strengths and routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to address care needs.
• Document assessments and progress according to Medicare/state requirements.
