Qualificações

• Licensed to practice in state where services are provided.
• Graduate from an accredited college or university with a valid state license or eligibility to obtain license.

Responsabilidades

• Respects and upholds residents' rights and privacy, including knocking before entering rooms.
• Complys with company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Supervise Therapist Assistants and therapy students in direct patient care as per state act and regulations.
• Demonstrates collaboration with patients, clients, and team members to support treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity and document clinical services per regulatory guidelines.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with functional, goal-based outcomes and obtain orders from physicians.
• Record and maintain clinical documentation per guidelines.

Formação académica

Licensed Therapist
