Wheatridge Manor Care Center is seeking a licensed professional to evaluate and treat patients, maintain medical records, and provide ongoing restorative trainings. You will communicate with patients, clients, and team members while following established medical practices and company policies.

The role includes supervising Therapist Assistants, ensuring adherence to reimbursement regulations, and developing treatment plans with physician-approved orders to improve patient outcomes.

Formación

• Graduate with a valid state license or eligibility to obtain license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to compassionate, person-centered care with dignity, respect, compassion, and integrity.
• Ability to interact tactfully, effectively, and professionally with residents, family members, and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Respect residents' personal and property rights; knock before entering a resident's room.
• Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Supervise Therapist Assistants and therapy students in direct patient care to carry out plan of care.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and a collaborative team approach with patients, clients, and staff.
• Maintain productivity as directed by supervisor and clinical needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Medicare and reimbursement regulations.
• Evaluate patients based on physician references and orders.
• Develop effective treatment plans with functional, goal-based outcomes and secure orders from referring physicians.
• Treat patients according to the treatment plan.
• Record clinical documentation according to regulatory and professional guidelines.
