AVIR Health Group seeks a qualified Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) to join our family. The LNFA will oversee the facility and lead a high-performing team to ensure residents receive the highest possible physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

The ideal candidate is resident and family focused, skilled in team building, and excited about creating an exceptional culture and strong corporate support.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration or related.
• Two years’ experience as an Administrator of a long-term care facility.
• Current State appropriate Nursing Home Administrator License.
• Excellent organizational, financial, operational and motivational skills.

• Oversee the facility in a professional and respectful manner to use resources effectively.
• Lead and build a high-performing team and culture.
• Prioritize resident physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.
