AVIR Health Group is seeking a licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) to join our family and lead a high-performing team focused on resident and family-centered care.

The LNFA will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, manage resources, and promote a culture of safety, quality, and compassionate care across the facility.

The ideal candidate will have a state license, a healthcare administration degree, and at least two years of long-term care leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration or related.
• Two years’ experience as an Administrator of a long-term care facility.
• Current State appropriate Nursing Home Administrator License.
• Excellent organizational, financial, operational and motivational skills.
