Roscoe Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Aide to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The role involves cleaning resident rooms and common areas, maintaining infection control standards, and supporting a team that values quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; up to 6 months of housekeeping or laundry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, common areas, and ancillary departments to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Clean windows, doors, mirrors, vents, garbage cans, and other facility surfaces regularly.
• Vacuum hallways, mop floors, and perform routine housekeeping tasks as directed.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and supplies in a clean and organized manner.
• Empty trash and transport waste to designated disposal areas as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and repair needs to the supervisor.
