Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping in resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, following established procedures and infection-control standards.

This role offers benefits and requires a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a friendly, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must follow safety and infection-control guidelines.
• Residency within the service area is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
