Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily cleaning in resident rooms and common areas, follow infection control procedures, and interact professionally with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
