Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) seeks a reliable Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will clean resident rooms, common areas, and bathrooms, following established procedures and safety guidelines to ensure resident well-being.

The role emphasizes positive interaction with residents and staff, adherence to infection control practices, and flexibility to perform daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area is required.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Effective communication with occupants, administration, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report issues to the supervisor.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests while providing excellent service.
• All other duties as assigned.
