Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. The role emphasizes dependable cleaning, infection control, and positive interactions with residents.

Responsibilities include daily housekeeping, sanitation, and reporting safety issues. Must meet physical requirements and reside within the service area, with benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
