Colonialvista in Wenatchee, WA seeks Health and Wellness Director (RN) to oversee resident health services in our assisted living community. You will supervise the health services team, coordinate care, ensure compliance, and support residents and families.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, an active RN license, at least 7 years of nurse management experience, and proficiency with PCC and Microsoft Office. This exempt, leadership role reports to the Executive Director.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in good standing and ongoing continuing education.
• Minimum of 7 years nurse management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees and supervises health services to deliver resident-centered care.
• Coordinates resident care, assesses health status, and develops service plans.
• Provides supervision and training to health services team members.
• Maintains documentation and regulatory compliance for resident care.
• Acts as liaison with families, physicians, and external agencies.
