The role emphasizes respectful, dignified service in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment with a 6:30–2:30 shift and alternating weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in healthcare food service or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, portioning, and serving of meals and snacks.
• Deliver trays to residents’ rooms or dining areas according to schedule.
• Ensure meal accuracy, including texture modifications and special diets.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen equipment, and food prep areas.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and other kitchen items using approved sanitation methods.
• Replenish supplies in service areas and maintain proper food storage.
• Follow all infection control and food safety standards.
• Provide respectful and dignified service to all residents.

Located in York, Pennsylvania, we provide long-term care and supportive services in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and reliable Dining Services Aide to join our Dietary Services team. This individual plays a key role in supporting the nutritional well-being of our residents by ensuring meals are delivered accurately, safely, and with care.
