Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in Ohio, on the registry or eligible for testing.
• Training in food sanitation, housekeeping, restorative nursing and resident activities.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Free from illegal drugs and free from use and effects of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide for the physical, social and environmental needs of residents according to facility policies.
• Promote resident engagement and opportunities for normal life pursuits.
• Assist with food preparation/serving, cleaning, and transportation of residents.
• Attend household meetings/learning circles and fulfill simple resident requests.
