Job summary

Promise House is actively hiring an Assisted Living Nurse to support quality resident care, clinical services, and daily nursing operations. Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while completing assessments, care planning, documentation, and coordination with residents, families, providers, and the care team.

We welcome Registered Nurses to complete initial assessments and care plans; LPNs may be considered when an RN provides clinical oversight.

Qualifications

• RN license in Iowa preferred.
• LPN candidates may be considered when an RN provides oversight.
• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care to assisted living residents.
• Complete initial and ongoing nursing assessments and care plans.
• Administer medications per physician orders and facility policy.
• Monitor changes in residents' condition and communicate concerns.
