Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Activities/healthcare environment preferred.
• Experience with seniors is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging environment for residents.
• Document resident participation in activities and programs.
• Promote residents' well-being through meaningful activities.
• Plan and implement recreational, social, and educational programs.
• Build relationships and encourage participation based on interests.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care goals.
• Observe mood and participation changes and communicate them.
• Assist with community outreach and events showcasing resident-centered care.
• Complete administrative tasks and maintain program records.
