Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education or GED equivalent preferred.
• Nursing assistant course recommended.
• First Aid certification and CPR, if required.
• Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' well-being and report changes promptly.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship and encourage resident engagement.
• Document care according to standards and notify supervisors as needed.
• Respond to emergencies following policy and procedures.
