Job Description

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Towson is hiring a PRN Resident Caregiver

The Resident Caregiver assists residents with daily activities as outlined in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. The role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism, given the constant interaction with residents and families to ensure their satisfaction.

Job Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma (Springhouse); High School diploma or equivalent (Arden Courts/Linden Village)
  • Skills: Basic reading and writing; understandable English speaking ability
  • Experience: Knowledge of working with elderly; dementia experience preferred
  • Certification: Required according to state regulations; successful completion of Springhouse’s/Arden Courts’ training
Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat for prolonged periods; push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted; full use of hands, arms, legs; read thermometers, charts, operate appliances; good physical and mental health.
