Job Description

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Yardley is hiring a part-time Resident Caregiver

The Resident Caregiver assists residents with personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs, as outlined in the resident service plan. The role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to frequent interactions with residents and families to ensure satisfaction.

Job Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma (Springhouse); High School diploma or equivalent (Arden Courts/Linden Village)
  • Skills: Basic reading, writing, and understandable English communication

  • Certification: Required per state regulations; successful completion of Springhouse’s/Arden Courts’ training
Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, push, pull, lift (up to 50 pounds), and operate equipment. Good physical and mental health required.
