Arden Courts Elk Grove is hiring a part-time Resident Caregiver with a $1,500 Sign-on Bonus.
The Resident Caregiver assists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to the constant interaction with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction.

Pay ranges:
Education: High School diploma (Springhouse); High School diploma or equivalent (Arden Courts/Linden Village)
Skills: Basic reading and writing skills, ability to speak understandable English
Experience: Knowledge and experience working with the elderly; dementia experience preferred
License: N/A
Certification: Required according to state regulations; successful completion of Springhouse’s/Arden Courts’ training
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; push and pull objects; lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted; full use of hands, arms, and legs; read thermometers, charts, testing equipment; operate washers, dryers, kitchen appliances; good physical and mental health.
