Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care San Antonio is hiring a part-time Resident Caregiver

The Resident Caregiver assists residents with daily activities as outlined in their service plans, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. The role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism to ensure resident and family satisfaction.

Job Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Skills: Basic reading, writing, and understandable English communication
  • Experience: Prior experience with elderly care; dementia experience preferred
  • Certification: Required per state regulations; must complete Arden Courts’ training
Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat for prolonged periods; push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds; full use of hands, arms, and legs; read thermometers, charts, operate appliances; good physical and mental health.
