Arden Courts Glen Ellyn is hiring a part-time Resident Caregiver with a $2,500 Sign-on Bonus.
The Resident Caregiver assists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to the constant interaction with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction.

Pay ranges:
Education: High School diploma (Springhouse); High School diploma or equivalent (Arden Courts/Linden Village)
Skills: Basic reading and writing skills, ability to speak English clearly
Experience: Knowledge and experience working with elderly; dementia experience preferred
License: N/A
Certification: Required per state regulations; must complete Springhouse’s/Arden Courts’ training
Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat for extended periods; push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted; full use of hands, arms, legs; ability to read thermometers, charts, operate appliances; good physical and mental health.
