Job Description

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Bath is hiring a full-time Resident Caregiver with a $2,500 SIGN ON BONUS.

The Resident Caregiver assists residents with daily activities as outlined in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to constant interaction with residents and families to ensure satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Education: High School diploma (Springhouse); High School diploma or equivalent (Arden Courts/Linden Village)
• Skills: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to speak English understandably
• Experience: Knowledge and experience working with the elderly; dementia experience preferred
• Certification: Certification required per state regulations; must complete Springhouse’s/Arden Courts’ training

Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat for prolonged periods; push and pull objects; lift and carry up to 50 pounds; full use of hands, arms, and legs; read thermometers, charts, and operate appliances; good physical and mental health.
