Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Bath is hiring a full-time Resident Caregiver with a $2,500 SIGN ON BONUS.
The Resident Caregiver assists residents with daily activities as outlined in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to constant interaction with residents and families to ensure satisfaction.
