Resident Caregiver - Memory Care - Part-time - Evenings (93413)

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care West Palm Beach is hiring a part-time Resident Caregiver.

The Resident Caregiver assists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to the constant interaction with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent (Springhouse; Arden Courts/Linden Village).
• Basic reading and writing skills; ability to speak understandable English.
• Experience working with elderly; dementia experience preferred.
• Certification as required by state regulations; successful completion of Springhouse’s/Arden Courts’ training.

Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate necessary equipment. Good physical and mental health required.
