Job Description

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Largo is hiring a part-time Resident Caregiver

The Resident Caregiver assists residents in daily activities as per the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. The role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to regular interactions with residents and families to ensure their satisfaction.

Job Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma (Springhouse); High School diploma or equivalent (Arden Courts/Linden Village)
  • Skills: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to speak understandable English
