Job Description

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care West Palm Beach is hiring a part-time Resident Caregiver for 4-hour shifts.

The Resident Caregiver assists residents with daily activities as outlined in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. The role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to frequent interactions with residents and families to ensure satisfaction.
