Job Description

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Warminster (located in Hatboro) is hiring a full-time Resident Caregiver with a $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS

The Resident Caregiver assists residents with daily activities as outlined in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. The role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism to interact effectively with residents and families, ensuring their satisfaction.

Job Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma (Springhouse); High School diploma or equivalent (Arden Courts/Linden Village)
  • Skills: Basic reading and writing skills, and ability to speak English understandably
  • Experience: Knowledge and experience working with elderly; previous dementia experience preferred
  • License: N/A
  • Certification: Certification required per state regulations; must complete Springhouse’s/Arden Courts’ training successfully
Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted; full use of hands, arms, and legs for activities such as washing, bathing, dressing, writing, cleaning; ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment; operate household appliances; maintain good physical and mental health.
