Job Description

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Yardley is hiring a full-time Resident Caregiver

The Resident Caregiver assists residents with daily activities as outlined in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. The role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to frequent interaction with residents and families to ensure their satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Education: High School diploma (Springhouse); High School diploma or equivalent (Arden Courts/Linden Village)
• Skills: Basic reading, writing, and understandable English communication

• License/Certification: Certification as per state regulations; completion of Springhouse’s/Arden Courts’ training

Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds; full use of hands, arms, legs; ability to read thermometers, charts, operate appliances; good physical and mental health.
