ProMedica is seeking a full-time Resident Caregiver (CNA/HHA) for their Memory Care unit in Cherry Hill. The role involves assisting residents with daily activities and requires a NJ CNA or HHA certification. Benefits include daily pay, tuition reimbursement, and a sign-on bonus.
Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Cherry Hill is hiring a full-time Resident Caregiver (must hold NJ CNA or HHA) with a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus.
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists residents with daily activities as outlined in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to frequent interactions with residents and families to ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications: High School diploma (Springhouse); High School diploma or equivalent (Arden Courts/Linden Village). Skills: Basic reading and writing skills, ability to speak understandable English. Experience: Knowledge and experience working with elderly; dementia experience preferred. Certification: CNA/CHHA Certification required in NJ; must complete required training at Springhouse/Arden Courts.
Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; push and pull objects; lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted; full use of hands, arms, and legs; ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment; operate washers, dryers, and kitchen appliances; good physical and mental health.
