Job Description

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Cherry Hill is hiring a full-time Resident Caregiver (must hold NJ CNA or HHA) with a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists residents with daily activities as per the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. The role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to frequent interactions with residents and families to ensure satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Education: High School diploma (Springhouse); High School diploma or equivalent (Arden Courts/Linden Village).
• Skills: Basic reading, writing, and understandable English speaking skills.
• Experience: Experience working with the elderly; dementia experience preferred.
• Certification: CNA/CHHA Certification required in NJ; successful completion of required training at Springhouse/Arden Courts.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate household appliances. Good physical and mental health is required.
