Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Cherry Hill is hiring a full-time Resident Caregiver (must hold NJ CNA or HHA) with $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to the constant interaction with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; push and pull objects; lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted; full use of hands, arms, legs; ability to read thermometers, charts, operate appliances; good physical and mental health.
