Linden Village ProMedica Senior Living Community is hiring a part-time Resident Caregiver with $750 Sign on bonus

The Resident Caregiver assists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to the constant interaction with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction.

Part-time Every Other Weekend Nights schedule with AMAZING benefits WITH NO WAITING PERIOD including no mandate to stay over for shift coverage, Daily Pay, referral bonuses, uniforms, employee discounts through Perk Spot, employee appreciation events, EAP, dental, vision, company paid life insurance and paid time off for part-time staff

Education: High School diploma (Springhouse); High School diploma or equivalent (Arden Courts/Linden Village)
Skills: Basic reading and writing skills, and ability to speak English in an understandable manner
Years of Experience: Knowledge and experience in working with elderly; Previous dementia experience preferred
License: N/A
Certification: Certification required according to state regulations; Must successfully complete the required Springhouse’s/Arden Courts’ training

Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; Ability to push and pull objects and lift and carry up to 50 pounds, unassisted, on a frequent basis; Full use of hands, arms, and legs (for washing, bathing, dressing, writing, cleaning); Ability to read thermometers, charts and testing equipment and ability to operate clothes washers and dryers and kitchen appliances (Arden Courts/Linden Village); good physical and mental health (Arden Courts/Linden Village/Springhouse)
