Bella Terrace is seeking a Unit Manager to care for Residents and support their speedy recovery. You will be part of the Nursing Administrative Team, ensuring high-quality care and patient well-being.

The candidate should be a responsible, well-trained nursing professional capable of coordinating with physicians and staff to implement individualized care plans. This role emphasizes hands-on patient care and leadership within the unit.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
• Observe and interpret Residents symptoms and communicate them to physicians
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and fill in patients’ charts
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
