Job summary

Sunset Senior Communities is seeking a Resident Care Tech for full-time 2nd shift (32 hours/week) in Grandville, MI. You will provide hands-on care, companionship, and assist with medications per each resident's plan of care.

Responsibilities include helping with mobility, hygiene, eating, dressing, and promptly answering call lights to ensure resident safety. The role offers a wage starting at $18.75/hour (base $17.25 + $1.50 2nd shift differential) with full-time benefits including health,

• Experience with passing medications or at least one year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference in residents' lives.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities per their plan of care.

Description

As a Resident Care Tech, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care and companionship to our residents. Your day will involve helping them fulfill their quality of life needs and provide assistance with passing of their medication, mobility, hygiene, eating, dressing, and all other needs indicated by their plan of care. You will also help to ensure that call lights are answered promptly while monitoring and helping residents as needed.

This opportunity is Full Time (32 hours per week) on 2nd shift.The shift time 2:15 PM to 10:45 PM. The schedule includes every other weekend and holiday.

Wage: starting at $18.75 per hour ($17.25 for a base wage plus a $1.50 2nd Shift Differential) *Experience considered
